How does the estimate work?
It's free and takes about 30 minutes at your home. We inspect the floor, explain what we're seeing, and give you a written quote for the least invasive service that fixes it. No obligation.
Do you give ballpark prices by phone?
We can give rough ranges based on what you describe and photos, but the accurate written quote comes from seeing the floor. Most homeowners find the in-person estimate worthwhile — it's also where we can confirm whether a smaller, less expensive service will do the job.
